Tyre was as flat as a pancake but with my bicycle adventure club trail side repairs knowledge and a quick rummage through my tools.. All was not lost.. Thanks for being a great teacher xx

Yesterday, I attended the BAC HQ and did the Trailside Bicycle Workshop. It was a fantastic morning where Sarah Round basically took all of the mystery out of basic bike maintenance. Don’t let folk tell you that it’s harder than it looks. Once Sarah has shown you the not-so-secret mechanics of why and how bikes work, you’ll wonder why you didn’t do this years ago. Many thanks, Sarah. Keep up the good work 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Just to say that the Trailside Repair Workshop session this morning, run by Bicycle Adventure Club, Sarah Round was excellent. Informative without being complicated or patronising, and left me feeling definitely more confident.. (and Sarah’s toolkit isn’t as chaotic as it looks 😂)

I would recommend it to anyone feeling the slightest bit uncertain about basic repairs!

Oh, and there are crisps…. 🤩

Sarah
