Why choose the Bicycle Adventure Club
I have over 30 years experience planning and having adventures by bicycle. I am a British Cycling Qualified Fundamentals of Mountain biking leader. I have a BSc (Hons) in Physical Geography and an MSc in Applied Meteorology as well as 20+ years experience running my own business. I have travelled the world with and without a bicycle, I’ve re-built wheels in rainforests, cycled around some of the busiest cities, camped in deserts and fallen in the canal – just once!
I have always been a large bodied cyclist. As a result I understand the issues and barriers around cycling, touring, bikepacking and how you can overcome them, I am also part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
